Blood Orange, Chocolate, Bing Cherry

This is an exceptional lot of the Columbia Magia del Campo. We love the deep sweetness, bright acidity and juicy body in this harvest. Light and medium roasts displayed notes of blood orange, caramel, tart cherry and praline, all lifted up by a beautiful acidity and juicy body. Darker roasts exhibited notes of bittersweet chocolate, crème brulee and toasted almond.
